You can have as many characters as you want, you just need to be able to handle them or action will be made toward inactive ones. But only one character per account.
Try not to make a god, that's why we made a list of forbidden abilities.
You can only have one character in some kind of organisation, leave spots to other people!
You can only be in one topic at a time, if you want to leave it, post [EXIT] at the end of your last post.
Remember to add [No kill] to the topic title if you don't want to die, if you forget to do it anyone is free to join and try to kill you. Or add [Private] if you only want specific people to join your topic.
If 48 hours pass and the other person didn't respond, you are free to post again and call your hit.
It's true there is strong characters with powerful abilities. However, NO person is invincible, all knowing, and capable of everything. Everyone has a weakness or lacks heavily in a certain area, even in a mental or emotional standpoint. This is a rule that is often overlooked and ignored most of the time, but it will be heavily enforced here.
You are NOT able to use any OOC information in IC topics, for example you can't go and read your opponent's whole profile and use it in your advantage.
